This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Finance Controller. The primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and overseeing accounting functions. The Finance Controller will work closely with management to guide financial decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks. The role also involves monitoring budgets, identifying areas for cost improvement, and analyzing financial data to support strategic planning and growth.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and handling Financial Reporting
• Strong Accounting skills with a deep understanding of financial systems and practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and sound financial judgment
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in finance-related software and advanced skills in tools such as Excel
• Previous experience in a financial management or controlling role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is advantageous
