Direct and Indirect Tax compliances; including Tax Audit
Consolidation of Financial Statements for Group Entities across India, UAE & US
Prepare P&L analysis for management
Banking and Treasury operations-
Manage daily treasury operations including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and liquidity management.
Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts (short-term and long-term); analyse variances between actuals and forecasts and take corrective actions.
Ensure optimal utilization of banking lines and working capital facilities
Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory to optimize working capital cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve cash conversion cycles and working capital efficiency
Education:
Chartered Accountant
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Accounting & Reporting- Ind AS/ IFRS
Experience and skillsets to lead treasury operations
