Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Financial Controller for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations, prepare comprehensive financial statements, and develop accurate financial reports. Key responsibilities include managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, conducting financial analyses, and aiding in strategic planning. Additionally, you will work closely with senior management and the Board to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Proficiency in Finance and solid Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Working knowledge of compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and audits
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus
