Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial controllership, accounting operations, MIS, and monthly/annual financial closures.
• Ensure compliance across statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements while strengthening financial controls.
• Drive budgeting, cash flow planning, and working capital management to support business growth.
• Partner with leadership on financial reporting, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and finance SOPs to build scalable systems and controls.

Ideal Candidate Profil

• CA qualification is mandatory with 6+ years of experience in finance and controllership roles
• Startup experience is mandatory, preferably in D2C, retail, or quick-commerce businesses
• Strong expertise in accounting, audits, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance management
• Hands-on with MIS, forecasting, financial planning, and ERP/finance systems
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
