Are you a seasoned finance leader with a passion for managing high-stakes infrastructure portfolios We're seeking a dynamic Finance Controller Head or Finance Director to spearhead the finance operations for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of infrastructure assets. This role is with one of the largest Saudi conglomerates offering unparalleled growth in a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance managers, ensuring seamless financial oversight and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets.
- Manage relationships with local and international lenders, including negotiations, financing structures, and debt management.
- Drive operational efficiency in Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) infrastructure projects, from financial modelling to performance optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business goals, mitigating risks and maximizing returns.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management or financial controllership, with a strong accounting background (CA / CPA/ ACCA/ FCCA mandatory).
- Mandatory experience of working in the middle east, preferably Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), particularly in dealing with local and international lenders.
- Hands-on experience running operations for BOT infrastructure assets.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in finance and accounting software, and a deep understanding of infrastructure and utility business.
Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Preference will be given to candidates who can join on short notice, having hands on experience to lead the finance team.
