Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, specifically within the Real Estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Experience in leading and developing finance teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team in Mumbai, overseeing all financial operations and activities.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the Real Estate industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes and optimize financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and financial controls to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Participate in financial audits and reviews, addressing any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and financial best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certification required:
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is highly desirable.
