Team Development & Management

Recruitment and developing the team

Imparting product knowledge to the team

Motivating the team to utilize maximum potential of individuals

Recognizing team members basis their performance with awards and rewards.

Minimizing/reducing the attrition rate

Mentoring the team to achieve their career goals

Processes and Systems

Adhering to companies policies

Ensuring implementation of SOP and company guidelines

Ensure timely claim submission and settlements

Submission of proposals:

Analysing consumer's financial needs

Assisting team/consumers to select the best plans as per their needs

Handling customers queries (if any)

Ensuring timely login of proposals into the system with all the required documents.
