About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Consultant with a strong academic background in MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or CA Internship. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to support decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
- Assist in audit activities and compliance requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis, revenue tracking, and profitability assessments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / CA Intern (IPCC cleared).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
- Good understanding of financial statements, tax basics, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally).
- Exposure to audits, internal controls, or financial modelling.
- Ability to prepare business case analysis and investment proposals.
