Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide expert financial consulting services by analyzing client financial needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making
- Advise clients on financial planning, risk management, and performance improvement
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Stay updated on financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial analysis and consulting best practices
Experience Required:
- 6 - 12 years of experience in finance and financial consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in financial analysis, advisory, and consulting engagements
- Experience working with corporate finance, business finance, or strategic finance functions
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements, assess business performance, and identify risks
- Experience in preparing financial models, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Exposure to multiple industries or large-scale consulting engagements is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred
