Financial Business Analyst

Finance Business Analyst to manage and enhance the Accounts and RA Bill modules. The

role will act as a bridge between finance operations and product development, ensuring functional accuracy, compliance, and smooth system evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage functional requirements for Accounts and RA Bill modules.

Understand and map end-to-end finance processes into system workflows.

Design process flows with required validations and controls.

Perform functional testing, beta testing, and validation before production releases.

Review system behavior against finance compliance and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with product and development teams during requirement finalization and delivery.

Prepare clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Validate gaps, defects, and enhancement requests from a functional and compliance perspective.

Create prototypes / wireframes (including use of AI tools) to explain requirements and workflows.
