The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis
- Experience in Book keeping, core accounting and handling of audits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirement.
- Support in conducting financial audits.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate supporting's for accounting entries passed. (Expenses/Payments/Month end journals etc.)
- Prepare Monthly bank reconciliations and Credit card reconciliations.
- Keep regular tap on open items with strict follow up for early closure.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with on shore team for day-to-day matters.
- Conduct internal reviews of books of accounts, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
