About the Role

We're hiring a Financial Analyst to work under our Head of Accounts, focused on finance and business decision-support and not routine bookkeeping. We're looking for someone who can take financial data, understand what it means for the business, analyze it, and help management make decisions.

What You'll Do

• Financial analysis and reporting (MIS, profitability, variance analysis)
• Budgeting and forecasting to support business planning
• Cash-flow analysis and monitoring
• Work closely with the Head of Accounts to interpret financial data, identify where the business is making or losing money, highlight cost optimisation opportunities, and understand key drivers affecting cash flow.
• Support financial and business planning decisions with data-driven insight.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience with a strong finance/analytical orientation. Not a pure accounting background
• Comfort interpreting numbers and translating them into business recommendations, not just producing reports
• Solid foundational accounting knowledge
• B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or a related finance qualification
• Bonus: Exposure to banking/financial-institution work — working capital, bank facilities, loans, LC/BG, treasury, or bank negotiations (a strong plus, not a requirement)
