Job Title: Financial Analyst/ Investment Analyst

Location: Mohali

Timings: US Shift timings 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

Salary: Negotiable on the current package

iO Associates is looking for an Investment | Financial Analyst who will oversee Company's investment platform by performing financial analyses of investment opportunities, monitoring asset performance, preparing investment committee memorandums, and conducting market research.

Company based with its headquarters in Mohali. They lead the real estate sector and have offices in the US and more than 17 other countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investment teams in analysing financial aspects of investment opportunities and tracking asset performance.
• Update pro forma financial models with property-level operating data, including historical P&Ls, rent rolls, property taxes, and projected revenue and growth assumptions.
• Conduct market research and assess relevant rental and sales comparisons.
• Monitor local market trends, including supply, demand, absorption rates, rental prices, and vacancy levels.
• Perform regular audits of pro forma financial models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Carry out various financial, administrative, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned or required.

Requirements:

• Required 3+ years in Investment Management.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percents in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
