Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in managing and improving financial processes, delivering

actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. As part of a fastpaced, IT and AI-driven enterprise, the Financial Analyst operates at the intersection of finance,

technology, and business strategy.

This role involves oversight of key financial functions such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bookkeeping, profit and loss (P&L) analysis, cost modeling, investment evaluations, and advanced financial reporting.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with an innovation mindset, using modern financial tools, business intelligence platforms, and automation to enhance financial operations and support the company's strategic growth.

Required Skill Set:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

(Master's or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred).

MBA is not required but is a plus.

Experience

6+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A, ideally in a high-growth tech

or AI-driven environment.

Experience working with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and financial

modeling tools

Proven track record of using data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI,

Tableau, SQL) to derive insights.
