Location: Mumbai, India - on-site

Subscription revenue only tells the truth if someone is watching the right numbers, and that is the seat this VC-backed SaaS company is opening in India. It has partnered with Flexiple to build out its founding finance function, starting with an analyst who can turn ARR, churn, and cohort data into a story leadership trusts. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will own the numbers behind a fast-moving subscription business, building the models, forecasts, and dashboards that tell the company where its revenue is really coming from.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue and Metrics

• Track MRR, ARR, churn, expansion, and cohort trends across the customer base
• Build and maintain the SaaS metrics dashboard used in every leadership review
• Flag anomalies in billing or usage data before they become finance surprises
  
  

Planning and Partnering

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly board-reporting cycles
• Partner with sales and customer success to model pipeline and renewal risk
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years in FP and A, financial analysis, or SaaS metrics reporting
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort pulling data from a billing or CRM system
• A curious, structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tools like Chargebee, Stripe, HubSpot, or a modern BI stack
• CA Inter, CFA Level 1, or an MBA in Finance
