Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the Finance Change team. The role will primarily support migration activities, process improvements, and system-related initiatives with Workday, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate reporting. Exposure to Insurance Accounting will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload insurance-related journals into the system on a monthly basis.
  • Support migration of opening balances into Workday for global entities.
  • Assist in developing reconciliation processes for improved reporting and controls.
  • Create process flow maps for transition from current to future state.
  • Provide analytical support for controls and custom validations in Workday.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Qualifications & Skills

    • University degree in Accounting/Finance.
    • 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
    • Familiarity with ERP/finance systems (Workday preferred).
    • Good communication skills and strong analytical ability.
    • Knowledge of Insurance Accounting will be an added advantage.
