Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SOPs for financial analysis and other relevant processes for upcoming Financial Advisory and Merchant Banking deals
• Perform industry research, peer benchmarking, and market analysis
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation
• Build and maintain financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses
• Assist senior bankers in pitch decks, client proposals, and transaction structuring

Requirements:

• Qualified CA/ Semi-qualified CA/MBA in finance
• 2-4 years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen
