About the Role:
We are hiring an Analyst/Associate to support client reporting, data analysis, and research within the banking and financial services domain. You will work closely with senior team members to generate insights and deliver high-quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate client reports and analytics
- Support data-driven research and consulting projects
- Create reports to identify business opportunities and competitor insights
- Analyze market trends, banking performance, and financial data
- Work with large and unstructured datasets to derive insights
- Review and refine research reports and commentary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Understanding of financial markets and banking concepts
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- MBA in Finance (mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Python(Mandate) for data analysis
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools
- Prior experience in financial analysis, research, or analytics
