We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team as a full-time on-site employee in Hyderabad, India. The Financial Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to conduct financial planning, analyze data, prepare financial statements, and manage financial reporting. The role involves evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, developing forecasts, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and analysis to assess investment opportunities and create budgets
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance and interpreting complex data
• Experience working with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
• Knowledge of Finance principles and practices, including budgeting and forecasting
• Expertise in Financial Reporting to communicate results, trends, and insights effectively
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, financial tools, and data visualization software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Experience in a corporate or fast-paced startup environment is a plus
