Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in (Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon) for a Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory Solution Architect. The role involves leading projects related to technical accounting and financial reporting. Responsibilities include researching and implementing accounting standards, preparing financial statements, providing consultation on complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and optimize financial reporting processes to support the company's global clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in technical accounting, compliance, and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, IND AS) and preparing financial statements
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating financial data and interpreting complex regulations
• Project management and problem-solving abilities to lead and guide cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, as well as experience with technology-driven accounting solutions
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and technical consultation
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) are preferred
• MBA in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field is a plus
• Experience in handling financial processes for global clients across industries is advantageous
