Job Summary
Segnol (by Dinjan) is hiring a Financial Analyst with strong expertise in project finance, financial modelling, investment analysis, and capital raising. This role involves working closely with senior leadership to support strategic financial decisions, investor engagement, and large-scale project evaluations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial modelling (DCF, IRR, NPV) and exposure to infrastructure, fintech, telecom, or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models for infrastructure and fintech projects (DCF, NPV, IRR, ROI)
- Design and optimize capital structure including equity, debt, mezzanine financing, and investor tranches
- Prepare investor decks, teasers, term sheets, and fundraising materials
- Engage with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, global funds, and strategic partners
- Coordinate financial due diligence with investors and lenders
- Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to assess project viability (tariffs, interest rates, delays)
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Work on government incentives, subsidies (IT/ITeS policy benefits), power tariff support, and tax allowances
- Analyze subsidy impact on project economics
- Establish monthly/quarterly KPIs and dashboards for leadership
- Provide periodic financial reporting and variance analysis against plan
Required Skills
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel)

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- MBA / CA / CFA / FRM preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in:
- Project Finance
- Investment Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Infrastructure Finance
- Experience in large-scale projects or transactions
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation
- Exposure to capital raising and investor discussions
