Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, business performance metrics, and market trends.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis for projects and investments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 1-3 years or more) in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
