Job Description

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Experience Required: 13 years

Location: Mohali, Punjab (WFO)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 13 years of experience in managing accounts, financial reporting and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote & Sales Order Creation: Prepare and validate accurate quotes and sales orders in line with pricing, contracts, and approval policies.
  • Subscription Management: Manage subscription lifecycles including creation, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Revenue Recognition: Execute revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Maintain billing schedules and generate timely, accurate invoices for customers.
  • Deferred Revenue Accounting: Track, reconcile, and manage deferred revenue balances accurately.
  • Contract Review: Review customer contracts to ensure correct financial treatment and compliance.
  • Financial & Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial and revenue reports to support business and audit needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) or B.Com from a recognized university.
  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience in core accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora will be an additional advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Correspondences with customers
  • Understanding of Quote to Cash process
