We are looking for a Financial Analyst who can turn data into clear financial insights that drive decision-making. This role is not just about reporting numbers—it's about understanding what's behind them and guiding the business with sharp, actionable analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions and strategic planning
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Track key financial metrics, identify trends, and highlight risks/opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Work closely with business teams to understand drivers of revenue and cost
- Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from plans
- Support leadership with insights for investment, pricing, and cost optimization decisions
- Improve reporting processes and bring structure to financial data

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis / FP&A / consulting
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, scenario analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
