About the Role:
Azista Industries Private Limited is looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing Finance team in Hyderabad. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and corporate compliance across our diversified businesses spanning Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, and Food Technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead annual budgeting cycles and coordinate rolling monthly and quarterly forecasts with cross-functional business teams.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to identify cost drivers, business risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, executive dashboards, and management presentations that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS), corporate regulations, statutory reporting, and tax requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights that improve profitability and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance reporting accuracy through automation and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic planning, financial reviews, and business performance management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial governance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, MIS reporting, and financial statement analysis is required.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent financial management platforms is expected. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools will be considered an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS), corporate accounting, statutory compliance, corporate taxation, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities, are essential for effectively partnering with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of integrity, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
