Job Description

Timely and accurate Management and Corporate Reporting

  1. Consolidation and Reporting Actuals and Plans at Region level
  2. Assisting with formal Review decks (MOR, QOR and Planning Review decks)
  3. Circulating management reports in timely fashion during the month and at month end
  4. Maintaining existing models in place and improving as necessary

Assisting Regional Finance Manager with Analysis and Reviews

  1. Producing detailed Sales and Margin Analysis for the region by country
  2. Assisting with monthly and quarterly variances analysis
  3. Assisting with all other ad-hoc analysis

Assisting in Coordinating and liaising with Country finance teams and Other Function Leads

  1. Effective and clear communication with country finance teams for their deliverables
  2. Managing country finance deliverables to regional finance
  3. Liaising with Functional Leads and Teams for planning input and monthly analytics
  4. Business partnering with Senior stakeholders e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Orthocare & Other support functions

Excel Dashboards and Power BI development

  1. Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions
  2. Building advanced excel models/dashboards using Macros
  3. Building Analysis and Services reporting models within PowerBI
  4. Presenting information through reports and visualization
  5. Crafting and executing queries upon request for data

Data Integrity and Other deliverables

  1. Responsible for maintaining data integrity within BI tools
  2. Partnering with the wider business to make informed business decisions while ensuring accurate presentation of information and data
  3. Responding and answering to various analytical requests received from overseas affiliates and management
  4. Maintaining good working relationships with all parts of the business (including Shared Services and other occupants on site and overseas) to ensure outcomes identified are achieved.
  5. Play a key role in all the regional projects either independently or under guidance from senior management

Supporting Regional Initiatives and Country Projects

  1. Play a key role in all the regional/country specific projects either independently or under guidance from senior management
  2. Actively seek areas for process improvements and efficiency
  3. Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline processes, leverage systems and drive more efficient/effective ways of working within the team
  4. Lead end-to end delivery as per requirement of the projects
