Roles and Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Data Management: Ensure all contractual performance commitments and financial metrics are accurately loaded and maintained at the client level in Salesforce. Manage data extraction and distribution to support financial modeling across the team.
- Automation & Model Enhancement: Utilize Alteryx and other tools to automate financial models, streamline reporting processes, and develop scalable solutions for recurring analysis needs. Support current Alteryx processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise.
- Contractual Performance Commitments Oversight: Support mailbox management and ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to financial commitments. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and accuracy in tracking.
- Internal Survey Management: Lead the design, distribution, and analysis of internal service surveys across multiple departments. Provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Underwriting, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on data, processes, and reporting standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce for data management
- Experience with Alteryx for automation and workflow enhancement
- Excellent data visualization and Excel skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education: M.B.A. or Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
