Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Accountant (R2R) domain role based on-site in Kolkata for our Canadian Clients. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining monthly books and utilizing accounting software, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The individual will handle financial data, reconcile accounts. The role will also require generating financial insights to aid decision-making, monitoring budgets, and supporting business growth objectives through accurate financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to interpret data and communicate findings
• Experience with finance and accounting practices, including familiarity with accounting software
• Expertise in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in financial roles or in industries requiring similar expertise
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Indian CA Firm experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Software (Quickbooks, XERO, NET Suite and Microsoft applicaitions.
• Basic and Advance excel knowledge

Education : B Com, M Com, MBA from Reputed Indian Universities. Candidates pursuing CPA, CMA or CA are also welcome to apply.

Pay Scale:

INR - 25,000 - 35,000

Work Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM (Drop will be provided)

No WFH
