Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing company transactions. Additional responsibilities include utilizing accounting software to maintain records, conducting financial analysis, and supporting compliance with regulatory financial standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude in Finance
• Experience with Accounting Software and tools - Tally & Excel
• Experience in managing payment gateways - Razorpay/Cashfree Payments
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling financial data
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (such as CPA, CMA) are a plus
• Prior experience in waste management, renewable energy, or related industries is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
