Job Summary:
The Senior Accounts and Finance Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial performance. This position combines leadership in finance with strategic input to drive the company's fiscal success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll using Pocket software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage income tax obligations related to payroll, including quarterly and annual returns.
- Oversee contractor payments and ensure timely filing of relevant returns.
- Utilize Tally for financial entries, preparing detailed Profit & Loss statements and Balance sheets.
- Generate revenue reports from employee timesheets to support fiscal decision-making.
- Prepare and issue invoices in various currencies, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Continuously manage and maintain receivables while effectively monitoring contracts and agreements.
- Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Software Technology Park of India (STPI) compliance.
- Prepare annual accounts and liaise with auditors for smooth financial audits.
- Manage banking relationships and treasury functions, ensuring liquidity and financial health.
- Lead and manage the Finance department independently, ensuring operational efficiency.
