Finance Video Producer

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content in multiple formatsarticles, scripts, videos, reels, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Produce educational content related to personal finance, wealth management, investments, insurance, loans, and financial planning.
• Work with the Marketing, Research, and Advisory teams to identify trending financial topics and create timely, relevant content.
• Create scripts and storyboards for explainer videos, product explainers, campaigns, and expert interviews.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to ensure strong visual and storytelling quality.
• Manage the end-to-end content production pipelinepre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with the company's financial philosophy.
• Publish and optimize content across platformsLinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, and email campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, analytics, and engagement to refine strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistent tone of voice and brand messaging.
• Support the development of content for training, workshops, and internal communication when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of personal finance, markets, investment products, and financial planning concepts
• Proven experience in content creation, scriptwriting, and video production
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand content
• Strong sense of design, visuals, and social media trends
