Your work profile
As a Manager in our FT - Advise Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:-
Requirements
- Drive large scale transformations, complex and cross functional engagements.
- Advice clients on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management.
- Lead the solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations.
- Managing project financials, WIP, Debtors, Billing as per defined standards.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years of experience in Finance and Transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical role.
- Education: CA / MBA AND bachelor's degree, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida (Hybrid).
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
