Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Finance Telecalling professional. The role involves daily interactions with customers to provide information about financial products and services, addressing inquiries, and assisting in resolving concerns. The individual will handle incoming and outgoing calls, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining updated records of customer interactions and preparing necessary reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client interactions efficiently
- Basic understanding of finance-related concepts and financial products
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technologies
- High level of professionalism, patience, and problem-solving ability
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience in the finance sector is advantageous
