Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance/Audit Expert with strong expertise in auditing, balance sheet analysis, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, auditing processes, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed balance sheet analysis, including reconciliation, variance analysis, and validation of financial statements.
- Conduct internal and external audit support, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to identify trends, variances, and financial performance insights.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and controls.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial reporting processes.
- Assist in audit documentation, compliance checks, and internal control evaluations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Experience
- 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, and accounting functions
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar tools)
- Strong understanding of financial controls and regulatory compliance
