Role Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong financial analysis background to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with the CFO and senior management, delivering accurate, data-driven insights into the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Educational Qualifications (Pedigree)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory

Experience 3-6 years of experience in Finance

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and long-term financial decision-making.

Maintain and track monthly and annual budgets, including budget vs. actual analysis with detailed variance explanations.

Determine and analyze cost of operations by establishing standard costing models.

Identify financial status and performance by comparing actual results with budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Drive the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing financial policies and procedures; providing insights, trends, and forecasts.

Analyze financial results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend corrective and improvement actions to management.

Perform financial reconciliations by comparing, validating, and correcting transactional and operational data. Prepare clear, concise management reports, dashboards, and presentations for CFO and senior stakeholders.

Evaluate proposed changes in processes, sourcing, and methodologies through financial and ROI analysis.

Support process improvement initiatives, automation, and policy development to enhance efficiency and control within the finance function.

Develop and maintain financial databases by ensuring accurate data entry, validation, backups, and system controls.

Improve productivity through automation of accounting and financial reporting tools, in coordination with business and IT teams.

Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Stay current with accounting standards, tax laws, cost accounting practices, and industry finance trends.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and team objectives as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst.

Prior experience working closely with the CFO or senior finance leadership in a decision-support or business partnering role.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing and variance analysis

Hands-on expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, databases, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.

Experience with statistical analysis and financial data interpretation.

Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, taxation, and industry business drivers.

Up-to-date knowledge of current financial regulations, accounting standards, and business environments.
