Position Title: Finance and Accounts Specialist (with Commercial Negotiation Experience)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounts Specialist with experience in commercial negotiation across various projects. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in financial management, commercial negotiations, and project finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Commercial Negotiation:
- Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Evaluate and structure financial terms in contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
Project Finance:
- Assess the financial viability of projects, including cost analysis, risk assessment, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for ongoing and future projects.
Cost Control and Optimization:
- Monitor project costs and implement strategies for cost control and optimization.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial efficiency and reducing expenses across projects.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards.
- Identify financial risks related to projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Present financial insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide financial advice and support to project teams, ensuring informed decision-making.
Audit and Taxation:
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage tax planning, filing, and compliance for the company.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounts, with a focus on commercial negotiation and project finance.
- Proven experience in leading commercial negotiations and managing financial aspects of large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
