Roles and Responsibilities -
- High-impact equity, structured equity, and debt transactions across Adani's infra portfolio
- Building and owning complex financial models for infrastructure assets
- Valuations, scenario analysis, and long-term cash flow forecasting
- End-to-end deal execution: structuring, diligence, investor engagement, and closure
- Developing investment perspectives on sectors like energy transition, logistics, and core infrastructure
Requirements -
- Strong grounding in infrastructure or real assets businesses
- Ability to think across long-gestation assets and complex capital structures
