Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Consulting team as a Deputy Manager – Consulting Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with international clients setting up and operating in India, acting as a strategic partner across financial, regulatory, and business advisory functions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Virtual CFO services, regulatory compliance, and transaction advisory, along with the ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Virtual CFO & Advisory

  • Act as a Virtual CFO for international clients with Indian operations, managing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, financial insights, and strategic recommendations to support business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, and Companies Act regulations
  • Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and statutory filings in coordination with internal teams
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, registrations, and documentation

Market Entry & Structuring Advisory

  • Assist foreign clients in setting up operations in India, including company incorporation and structuring
  • Advise on market entry strategies such as subsidiaries, joint ventures, branch offices, and liaison offices
  • Manage end-to-end regulatory registrations (GST, PAN, TAN, etc.)

Transaction & Financial Advisory

  • Support clients in valuations, due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction advisory
  • Provide strategic inputs for investments, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion plans
  • Client Management & Team Leadership
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Provide timely financial and regulatory advisory to clients
  • Lead, mentor, and manage junior team members, ensuring productivity and development
  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs

Skills & Qualifications

Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience

  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience in a CA Firm / Consulting / Advisory role preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
  • Working knowledge of FEMA and Companies Act
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings, accounting standards, and corporate governance

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client management and stakeholder handling ability
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Proven leadership and team management skills

Experience : 2 - 3

Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
