Rankers Financial Academy is a boutique CFA coaching institute in Delhi. We're looking for a CFA candidate who can research, write, and create content that makes complex finance accessible — while deepening their own expertise in the process.

You'll work directly with a CFA charterholder every day. You'll turn topics like derivatives pricing, fixed income valuation, and portfolio theory into content that students actually understand. And you'll strengthen your own preparation along the way — because the best way to learn a subject is to explain it to someone else.

What You'll Do

Research & write finance content. Create cheat sheets, concept breakdowns, LinkedIn carousels, Instagram reels, and short explainer videos across all CFA topics. Every piece should teach something real .

Refine study materials. Review classroom notes, formula sheets, and mock exams for accuracy, clarity, and depth. If something doesn't make sense to you as a candidate, improve it.

Support students. Respond to doubts on WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Use your own exam experience to guide candidates through tough topics and study strategies.

Drive outreach. Help plan webinars, college partnerships, and campaigns to reach CFA aspirants on LinkedIn, Instagram, Quora, and beyond.

Shape the brand voice. Everything we put out should reflect the authority of a charterholder-led academy — sharp, credible, and never generic.

Who You Are

CFA candidate — Cleared Level I (minimum), or sitting for Level I/II in the next 6 months.

Strong researcher and writer — You can dig into a topic, understand it deeply, and explain it clearly. You switch between technical precision and plain English naturally.

Builder's mindset — You want to help shape something from the ground up, not just execute tasks in a large machine.
