- Customer Engagement: Conduct meetings (calls/meetings) to present insurance solutions to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Lead Generation Conversion: Identify new prospects and convert existing database leads into sales.
- Compliance Audit: Adhere strictly to IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) guidelines and internal policies.
- Sales Processing: Assist with the completion of medical reports and ensure prompt issuance of policy document
Job Requirements
- Experience: Generally 15 years of experience, preferably in insurance sales, Banca, or direct channel sales.
- Education: A Graduate degree or above is typically required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, specifically in lead management.
- Required Documents: PAN card, Aadhaar card, and a 2-wheeler license are often required
Role Specifics
- Salary/CTC: Approximately 3 Lakhs 6.5 Lakhs p.a., varying based on experience and location.
- Location: The role is field-based, requiring regular travel for customer meetings and bank visits.
- Working Hours: Typical office hours (e.g., 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM), usually with a 6-day working structure
