Job Description

We are inviting applications for the position of Finance Intern (Payroll / Import / Expense).

This role provides a comprehensive learning opportunity for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to finance operations within a technology-driven environment. The selected candidate will support day-to-day financial processes including payroll, client invoicing, expense management, and import-related documentation for international procurement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in executing and maintaining payroll, invoicing, and expense management processes.
  • Support vendor onboarding, payment tracking, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for monthly/quarterly tax returns and financial filings.
  • Facilitate import finance and compliance activities for international vendors, particularly for shipments from China and Europe.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports for management review.
  • Support financial audits and ensure adherence to accounting and statutory standards.

Preferred Background

We're especially keen to connect with students or recent graduates from finance field:

  • Familiarity with Import process, mainly hardware procurement & custom clearance from China/Europe market
  • 0-2 years experience in relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute
  • Candidates from Delhi NCR would be preferred

Modus-Operandi

  • Duration: 3-month internship/Full Time
  • Career Path: Strong performers may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion
  • Location: Work from Office (Noida), a task completion-based approach
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, followed with 2-hour weekly review on Saturdays
  • Collaboration: Weekly team meet-up for better synergy
  • Resources: Candidates must arrange their own laptop and internet
  • Stipend: As per industry standards
  • Certification: Internship completion certificate awarded at the end of tenure
