Job Description

Job Title: Finance Operations

Role Summary:

The Finance Operations Lead will manage collections, maintain critical data in Excel,

track occupancy metrics, handle KYC data and reporting, collaborate with regional leads

on key operations, and report insights to the central finance team. This role requires

strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and a proactive approach to operational

efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead collections efforts, including follow-ups, reconciliations, and recovery

strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.

Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for collections, occupancy data, and

operational metrics; ensure data accuracy and real-time visibility.

Monitor and report on occupancy rates, generating dashboards.

Prepare and manage KYC data/reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory

standards and timely documentation.

Collaborate closely with Det leads on KYC processes, collections data and

reconciliation

Compile and submit consolidated data/reports to the central finance team,

highlighting trends, risks, and performance KPIs on a daily basis.

Identify process improvements in data handling and collections to enhance

efficiency and reduce errors.

Support audits, reconciliations, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field

1-4 years of experience in finance operations, collections,

Good proficiency in Excel (reconciliation, VLOOKUP,);

familiarity with Google Sheets is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to handle

high-volume data.

Good communication skills for reporting to senior teams and coordinating with

Det leads.
