Job Title: Director -Finance Operations & Automation

About the Role
Bikham Healthcare is looking for a highly capable Finance Operations leader who can build and
automate the financial backbone of a fast-growing global healthcare technology company.
This role will focus on designing modern, automated financial systems across Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, SaaS vendor payments, contract management, and revenue collections.
The goal is to ensure financial operations remain efficient, automated, and scalable as the
organization continues to grow.
The ideal candidate combines finance expertise with operational discipline and technology
awareness, with the ability to implement automation and AI-enabled workflows across financial
processes. This role will work closely with the founders, COO, and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations Automation
Implement automation across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows.
Introduce AI-driven or software-based systems to streamline financial operations.
Build automated workflows ensuring timely vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
Continuously improve financial processes using automation and technology.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Payment Management
Manage all vendor payments with a focus on SaaS and technology vendors.
Ensure SaaS subscriptions and vendor invoices are paid on time to avoid disruptions.
Implement automated approval workflows and payment tracking systems.
Maintain transparency and discipline in vendor payment processes.
SaaS Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations
Manage financial relationships with all SaaS and technology vendors.
Lead contract reviews and commercial negotiations to optimize pricing and terms.
Evaluate new vendors from a financial efficiency and ROI perspective.
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Collections
Ensure all client invoices are generated and delivered through automated systems.
Track invoice due dates, payment cycles, and outstanding receivables.
Implement structured AR follow-up processes to ensure timely collections.
Improve cash flow management and collection efficiency.
Budgeting & Department Financial Planning
Work with the COO and HR leadership to design and manage departmental budgets.
Monitor spending across departments and recommend cost optimization strategies.
Provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
Financial Systems & Infrastructure
Implement and manage modern finance software and automation tools.
Build scalable financial systems that support company growth.
Ensure financial processes remain transparent, efficient, and documented.
Strategic Capital & Investment Awareness
While the primary focus of this role is financial operations, the candidate should also maintain
awareness of financial markets and investment opportunities. The individual may occasionally
assist leadership with insights related to capital allocation, treasury management, and emerging
financial opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience
610 years of experience in finance operations or financial management
Experience managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor payment systems.
Experience implementing financial automation tools
Experience negotiating vendor contracts and commercial agreements
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of financial operations and cash flow management
Experience with SaaS platforms and financial automation tools
Ability to design efficient financial workflows
Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Successful implementation of automation across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
