Finance Operations Executive

Job Title: Finance Operations Executive (MIS)

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 2 years (mandatory)

Shift & Working Days:

6 days working | 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in Finance Ops / MIS role
• Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas – non-negotiable)
• Good communication skills
• Experience in MIS reporting & data handling
• EdTech experience preferred
• Marathi speaking = plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage MIS reporting and dashboards
• Handle financial data, reconciliation & tracking
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Support finance operations team
