Finance Operations & Accounting

Day to Day Role
We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to manage Invoicing, CRM governance, billing operations, and revenue processes across the organization.
This role will ensure accurate invoice generation, management of CRM, accounting books, collections tracking, financial reporting, and compliance. The position is within the Finance Team at 1DS and works closely with Business Teams (Sales and Delivery) to streamline systems, strengthen controls, and improve revenue visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order-to-cash lifecycle including deal validation, invoice generation, collections tracking, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
- Drive effective utilization and governance of the CRM system (Zoho etc.) and reporting of revenue receipts on the Tally system.
- Oversee invoicing accuracy, GST/tax compliance, credit note processing, and revenue recognition alignment.
- Help the team prepare MIS reports, revenue dashboards, reconciliation statements, and forecast accuracy reviews.
- Develop and implement SOPs, process controls, and system checks to prevent revenue leakage and ensure compliance.
- Support internal audits, financial reviews, and system improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Experience managing order-to-cash processes in a services-based organization.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-location operations preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
