Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in core accounting tasks, including journal entries, and conduct routine bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Track departmental and project budgets meticulously, monitoring expenses against allocated funds and reporting variances to management.
  • Support the full cycle of invoice processing and vendor payments, ensuring documentation is accurate, approvals are secured, and payments are executed in a timely.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports, including generating specific schedules, summaries, and analyses as required by management.
  • Help ensure adherence to internal audit requirements and taxation norms (e.g., GST, TDS), assisting with the compilation of necessary documentation for statutory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, analyse financial performance trends, and provide insights that support operational decision-making.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • A year of relevant experience in roles with handling budgets, reconciliation etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MS Office.

Salary-5.00 to 5.50 Lacs PA
