Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance & MIS Lead with strong financial expertise, compliance rigor, and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be B.Com qualified with 80%+ in 10th, 12th & graduation, bring 26 years of finance/MIS experience, and have hands-on expertise in Zoho Books. Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations Excellence

• Manage invoice generation, collections, and vendor payments using Zoho Books
• Ensure smooth cash flow management and timely financial operations

Payroll & Compliance

• Oversee payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with auditors & compliance officers in preparation for IPO

MIS & Reporting

• Deliver accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights
• Provide actionable intelligence to support leadership decision-making

IPO Readiness & Audit Support

• Support statutory audits, compliance, and financial documentation
• Ensure financial records meet IPO standards and regulations

Process Innovation

• Implement automation to scale finance operations
• Drive best practices across finance & MIS functions

Requirements

• Education: B.Com (mandatory) with 80%+ in 10th, 12th & Graduation
• Experience: 26 years in Finance, Accounting, or MIS roles
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (must-have)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll, compliance & MIS
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
