What You Can Expect
The Finance Manager GCC is responsible for leading core financial planning, reporting, and control activities from the Bangalore Global Capability Center while partnering closely with global Finance leadership. This role supports enterprise financial processes including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and compliance, leveraging SAP and Oracle Hyperion platforms to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and insight. The role balances hands-on financial execution, systems fluency, and stakeholder partnership, supporting global business units and corporate finance teams.
Work Location: Bangalore.
Work Mode: Hybrid(3 Days in office).
How You'll Create Impact
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in coordination with global teams
- Prepare and review management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- Support annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning using Hyperion
- Provide actionable financial insights to business and functional leaders
- Serve as a key Finance systems user and process owner for SAP and Hyperion
- Ensure accurate data flow between SAP and Hyperion planning and reporting modules
- Support enhancements, reconciliations, and issue resolution related to financial systems
- Co-ordinate with company secretary on AGMs & Board meetings
- Maintain local accounting records (as required by law)
- Coordinate Vendor, Customer, Intercompany and reconciliations
- Coordinate with Treasury and Tax for local treasury/banking requirements, tax reporting, TP etc.
- Ensure local processes, SOPs & systems are aligned to Global Policies and ensure Internal Controls are working or implemented. Ensure efficient, effective and Compliant delivery to local stakeholders.

- Act as a Finance business partner to global stakeholders supported by the GCC
- Coordinate with onshore Finance teams to align deliverables, timelines, and priorities
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance analysts and senior analysts within the GCC
- Coordinate end-to-end finance activities across planning, reporting, close, and compliance to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Operate effectively within a cross-matrix environment, partnering with global FP&A, Controllership, Tax, and Business Finance teams
- Align priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and support career development and capability building

Your Background
Enterprise Finance Systems
- SAP (FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA or ECC)
- Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase, or Financial Management modules)
Reporting & Analytics
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros preferred)
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Financial Processes
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Financial close, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Cost center and profit center analysis
Compliance & Controls
- SOX and internal controls
- Audit support and documentation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred: CA, CMA, CPA, MBA (Finance)
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years total finance experience
- Experience supporting U.S., EMEA, or APAC stakeholders
- Experience with finance transformation or system implementations
- Strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, or global enterprise environments
