Job Description:-
- Preparation and Review of monthly MIS – Closure of Books of Account, Finalisation, Preparation of Financials and Variance analysis.
- Partner directly with the finance team and central FP & A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals and business reviews;
- Managing the quarterly limited review and annual statutory audit, including the preparation of Financials
- Special projects to support the analysis of new business cases to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Planning for the Annual Business Cycle and assisting in the development of the operation and financial plan
- Driving performance to ensure effective PL and Balance Sheet management to deliver the entity targets
- Quarterly and monthly management reporting, working with various stakeholders to develop monthly forecasts for the PL and cash flow
Expertise and Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant with 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of finance or accounting;
- Good knowledge of IND AS/Consolidation.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities;
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised and able to multitask and work under high-pressure deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to participate in or lead conference calls and report issues to management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented ownership mindset and ability to effectively manage timelines
