Job Description :

Budgeting / Budget Management

Managing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable

Fund Management Forecast cash flow positions

Having working knowledge of different debt products and experience in managing banking relationships

Supporting the Managing Director on business & growth strategy

Monthly MIS for internal and international reporting

Managing Statutory & Taxation audits

Capability to work hands on while managing a small team.

Have good communication skills in written and spoken English

Experience in a distribution company preferred

Managing legal and procedural compliances under various acts, with the help of external consultants

Managing financial discipline across the business and closely working with all the departments, especially sales and logistics closely

Self driven performer and leadership qualities

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance
• Proficiency in developing and executing financial strategies
• Ability to monitor financial performance and manage audits
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Master's degree/CA/InterCA or CPA certification preferred
• Experience in the retail or toy industry is a plus

Industry: Any, Manufacturing background will be preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Time: 9:30am - 6:30pm or 10am to 7pm

Location: Chakala, Andheri East. Mumbai
